The client is engaged in manufacturing medical products and reagents that find applications in diagnostics. The client wants TBRC to conduct surveys on gene delivery technology for human T-Cells.– Survey-1: Gene Delivery Systems That Are Currently In Use Make Of Electroporator?, Transfection Reagent Being Used Viral Vector Currently In Use Associated Risks For Human T-cell Gene Therapy Survey-2: Contacting industry experts who chose electroporation for gene delivery in the earlier study
We delivered a custom report to the client covering the following – Survey-1: Insights from academic researchers on the following: Most popular gene delivery technique currently in use Make of electroporator currently in use Make of transfection reagent widely used? Type of virus vector widely used? Associated risks for human t-cell gene therapy Other conclusions and recommendations Survey-2: Actionable insights will be provided for survey-2 based on the agreed questionnaire with the client

For Survey-2: We have contacted around 8-10 companies who opted for electroporation as their primary method for Gene delivery.
