The client is a service provider to legal sector. The client wanted to address the longlasting challenged faced by lawyers and law firms such as mental health, drug, and alcohol addiction, poor leadership and management practices, lack of self-awareness, and lack of communication. The client wants to evaluate market needs and the potential for developing new solutions for client support and business expansion in the legal sector related to individual well-being, leadership, and organization development. The scope of the study is as follows:
• Issues faced by lawyers and law firms in terms of mental health, drug, and alcohol addiction, poor leadership and management practices, lack of self-awareness, and lack of communication
• Existing solutions followed by law firms and lawyers to overcome the issues
