The client wanted to sell voice guides along with car navigation systems in countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and some other English-speaking countries. For this purpose, they were looking for a Text-to-Speech (TTS) system developer that can make a TTS system tailored to their specifications. The client already had a TTS system for Japanese and would like to gain a better understanding of the market for these technologies for other languages.

The data received from secondary sources was validated through primary research and then analysed.
